Thank you for shopping with Davido London. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process for both domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping

Standard International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

4. Delivery Information

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Missed / Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold your parcel at a local depot.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery within the courier’s time frame.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may charge re-shipping fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (or expected delivery).
We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Duties & Taxes
Please note that Davido London is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authority.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means any applicable duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country.
Davido London has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the package, for which Davido London will not be held liable
