Davido London – Return & Exchange Policy

At Davido London, we value your satisfaction. While we do not provide cash or card refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges or issue store credit when returns meet our policy guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
• Items must be returned within 21 days (Sri Lanka orders) or 30 days (international orders) from delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.
We cannot accept returns of:
• Final sale items
• Undergarments, bodysuits, socks, or other intimate apparel.
• Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles (due to hygiene reasons).
• Customized or personalized items.
2. Exchange & Store Credit
• Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same product in another size or color, subject to availability.
• If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for the value of the item(s).
• Store credit will be sent via email and is valid for 12 months.
3. Return Shipping & Warehouse Address
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• All returns must be sent to our warehouse at:

• Please include your order number inside the package for faster processing.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@davidolondon.com.
• Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no extra cost.
5. Gifts & Promotional Items
• Gifted items may be exchanged for another size or color, or returned for store credit.
• Refunds cannot be issued to the recipient.
• Free promotional or “gift with purchase” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
